My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a huge, marble bathroom, but the noise from the elevator in the middle of the building was a bit bothersome. The service was excellent, especially with the staff being patient with my limited Spanish and even using Google translate to assist. The location, although close to the estação mall and public transportation, felt a bit dodgy at night. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the facilities were decent.
